Managing Director: Bob McKie
Bob became an IFA and a Compliance Officer in 1992. He is qualified at Dip PFS level and is an Associate of the Compliance Institute. He specialises in compliance systems and technical interpretations.
One of Bob's roles is to ensure that Accord continues its development of practical and professional support services to the Financial Services Sector. He believes that Accord will achieve this by dedication to professional standards and first class client service.

Compliance Services Director: Ken Dalgleish
Ken started in the industry in 1980 amassing valuable experience from periods of employment with 2 major life companies in various administrative and managerial roles. In 1997 he took up a compliance role with a national IFA network. Responsible for 140 registered individuals working within 70 IFA firms based throughout the UK the role was later expanded to include T&C.
In 2001 he joined Accord to help develop the systems and procedures now in place and to look after the interests of a number of IFA clients ranging from sole trader operations to large regional firms. He oversees a wide range of tasks, from handling complaints, to FSA reporting and supervision of sales teams.

Compliance Services Director: Clare Gough
Clare graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a BA (Hons) Financial Services in 1999.
Clare joined Accord Consultancy Ltd in 2002 as a Compliance Consultant. She deals with file auditing, customer complaints, financial promotions, anti money laundering procedures and Training & Competence.
She is a member of the Compliance Institute and holds a wide range of relevant qualifications, with Pension Transfer Specialist experience.

Training and Competence Manager: Dave Shaw
Dave heads the T&C function. He has a wealth of relevant experience in Financial Services sector firms, including General Insurance and Mortgage business.

The principal field officers, above, are supported by a dedicated team of compliance audit staff and administrative officers, all of whom are from a Financial Services background.
