As we've said elsewhere, we believe in developing a good relationship
with our clients. So, wherever possible you will deal with the same
lead consultant. We also like to develop secondary contacts to cover
events like holidays or specialist functions.
That's very difficult to answer definitively as it of course very
much depends on the nature of the service provided and the length
of time involved. We know however that our rates are competitive and
we certainly understand the need to provide good value for money.
Typically, we charge an hourly or daily rate for one off jobs. This
is substantially discounted for repeating or contracted work. We're
very happy to discuss your requirements and then indicate a likely
cost. We can be more specific on costings once we have had a chance
to have a look at your business and gain an understanding of how you
work and what needs to be achieved.
Yes we can - but you need to be aware of your own responsibilities
as senior managers, for running your own firm. Those cannot be delegated.
You will need to respond to our reports and take them into account
at your regular management meetings and you will need to be able to
demonstrate to FSA that you have done so.
That's not our style. Whilst 'compliance' isn't voluntary or optional
- and we believe that professional firms very much understand that
- we never lose sight of the fact that your sales operation is the
lifeblood of your firm. Without that, you simply have no business.
