COMPLIANCE HELP-LINE
One of our most popular services.
We provide help on all day to day regulatory matters - and the more
complex issues too - by telephone, email, fax. Usually, we can give
an immediate response. Where queries are more complicated we try
to respond within 24 hours.
In addition, we provide our clients with regular compliance briefing
notes - on the issues that matter. We do not simply restate comment
that is generally available elsewhere, we focus on practical interpretation
and guidance in those areas where you are going to have to take
action.

SKILLED PERSON REPORTS
Skilled Persons Reports (SPRs) are also known as Section 166 Reports. The name comes from that part of the Financial Services and Markets Act, 2000 which gives the FSA the authority to request firms to seek specialist assistance.
